Ken has more than 20 years of M&A experience assisting business owners and corporates to invest and exit their investments. He began his M&A deal experiences with big four accounting firms and subsequently took on regional leadership roles in corporate M&A and business development with multinational firms.

Minyen comes with a strong background of knowledge and experience supporting M&A transactions and execution for sellers and buyers. She works on negotiations, analysis and due diligence for buy side acquisition targets, as well as working on sell side strategy finance planning, transaction readiness, due diligence and support. Minyen was previously an Assistant Professor at Singapore Management University, developing and teaching Corporate Reporting and Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Accounting, Business Research, and Statistics.

Amy has over 25 years of working for multinational and SME firms including hands-on professional experience in accounting, financial and statutory reporting, treasury, corporate finance and project management in a Swiss Pharmaceutical Company. As a Finance Director, Amy has gained extensive experience in business planning, budget guidance, target setting, commercial finance business analysis, business performance management, credit management, risk management, migrating accounting systems, internal controls review and implementation. Amy was previously an accounting professional in KPMG Singapore performing audits for several years in various industries including trading, manufacturing, engineering, law firms and country clubs.
